IR2156 DIP-14 Power Control Integrated

IR2156 includes a high-voltage half-bridge gate driver with a programmable oscillator and state diagram to form a complete ballast control IC. IR2156 features include programmable preheat and operating frequencies, programmable preheat time, programmable dead time, and programmable overcurrent protection. Comprehensive protection features such as protection against failure of a lamp, filament faults and automatic restart function are incorporated into the design.
