This 10.1" 1280×800 HMI all-in-one touchscreen development board is a complete HMI platform designed for industrial control, automation, and embedded system projects based on the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 5. It enables the creation of a comprehensive control terminal in a single unit, featuring a 10.1-inch IPS display, a capacitive multi-touch panel, a 5MP front camera, industrial communication interfaces, and expansion options for NVMe and 4G/5G connectivity.
The display features a native resolution of 800 × 1280 pixels and a 178° viewing angle. It utilizes IPS technology and incorporates a tempered glass capacitive touch panel on the front, bonded using optical bonding. The hardware supports up to 10-point multi-touch; the actual number of simultaneous touch points may depend on the operating system used.
The video connection between the display and the CM5 is established via MIPI DSI. The standard HDMI port on the board is not an input for the internal display; instead, it is used to output 4K video from the CM5 system to an external monitor. A 5-megapixel OV5647 camera is integrated into the front panel.
The camera connects to the CM5 via CSI and can be utilized for applications such as image capture, video, user interfaces, video communication, and image processing with appropriate software.Features
