The 180W 200V 20A Multifunctional Smart Adjustable Discharge Power Tester is a multifunctional electronic load module designed to test DC power supplies, adapters, and batteries under controlled load conditions. The device's load current can be adjusted via two separate potentiometers—coarse and fine—and it can generate a constant current load of up to 20A.
Parameters such as voltage, current, instantaneous power, accumulated energy, capacity, impedance, temperature, and elapsed time can be monitored simultaneously on the LCD screen. This allows for the measurement of a battery's usable capacity (in Ah) and energy content (in Wh) during controlled discharge. Additionally, the voltage behavior and current output capability of power supplies under load can be observed.
The test voltage range is 0.00–200V, and the adjustable load current range is 0.00–20A. However, these two maximum values cannot be utilized simultaneously. The device's load must always be kept below the 180W power limit, in accordance with the formula V × A = W. For instance, setting the current to 20A at a 20V input would result in 400W, which exceeds the device's capabilities.
To operate the device's internal electronics, an auxiliary DC power supply of 6–12V—independent of the source being tested—is required. Power can be supplied via the DC jack or the Micro-USB port.
Do not confuse this auxiliary power supply input with the input for the battery or power source being tested.Specifications
