801D 14.5kW Spot Welder
The 801D 14.5kW Spot Welder is a precision pulse spot welding machine utilizing capacitor energy storage, designed for the assembly and repair of battery packs. At its core, the machine features two high-capacity supercapacitors. This design allows energy to be stored in the capacitors and then delivered as a high-power pulse within a very short timeframe during welding. Consequently, strong and consistent spot welds can be achieved without drawing excessive, continuous current from the power grid.
The device supports both AT (automatic trigger) and MT (manual trigger via foot pedal) modes. While AT mode enables rapid, continuous welding operations, MT mode allows the operator to control the exact moment of welding using the foot pedal. The instantaneous welding current can be monitored on the LED display. The aluminum alloy housing helps protect internal circuitry and facilitates efficient heat dissipation.
The device is compatible with 7-series mobile welding pens.
