EGS002 SPWM Pure Sine Wave Inverter Module with Display
The EGS002 SPWM Pure Sine Wave Inverter Module with Display is a board unit designed for single-phase pure sine wave inverters. It uses the EG8010, a dedicated chip for single-phase pure sine wave inverters, as the control chip, and the IR2110S driver chip. The EGS002 is an improved version of the original EGS001 interface and significantly enhances the board's anti-jamming capability by adding a level locking function unit to the original circuit. The LCD display interface and user-friendly display chip have also been enhanced.
The EG8010 is a digital, fully functional, pure sine wave inverter with deadband control for DC-DC-AC two-stage power conversion architecture or DC-AC single-stage power supply transformer conversion pulse architecture. 12MHz crystal external oscillator can achieve high accuracy, distortion and harmonics (50Hz or 60Hz pure sine wave inverter ASIC). The chip utilizes CMOS technology, an integrated SPWM sine wave generator, a dead-time control circuit, an amplitude multiplier, a soft-start circuit, a protection circuit, an RS232 serial communication interface, a serial 12832 LCD driver module, and other functions.
