INA138NA/3K SOT23-5 Smd Current Management IC
INA138 and INA168 (INA1x8) high side, single pole, current shunt monitors. The wide input common mode voltage range, low quiescent current, and small SOT-23 packaging enable use in a variety of applications.
Input common mode and power supply voltages are independent and for the INA138 It can range from 2.7 V to 36 V and 2.7 V to 60 V for INA168. The quiescent current is only 25 µA, which allows the power supply to be connected to both sides of the current measurement shunt with minimal error.
