INA139NA SOT-23 Smd Instrumentation Amplifier IC
INA139 and INA169 are high side, single pole, current shunt monitors . The wide input common mode voltage range, high speed, low quiescent current and small SOT-23 packaging enable use in a variety of applications.
Input common mode and power supply voltages are independent and can vary from 2.7 V to 40 V for INA139 and 2.7 V to 60 V for INA169. The quiescent current is only 60 µA, which allows the power supply to be connected to both sides of the current measurement shunt with minimal error.
The device converts a differential input voltage to a current output. transforms. This current is converted back to voltage by an external load resistor that sets the gain anywhere from 1 to 100. Although designed for current shunt measurement, the circuit invites creative applications in measurement and level shifting.
