IR2104PBF DIP-8 Mosfet Driver IC

 

IR2104(S), high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET with slave high- and low-side referenced output channels and IGBT drivers. Proprietary HVIC and latch-immune CMOS technologies provide ruggedized monolithic construction. The logic input is compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL output up to 3.3V logic. The output drivers feature a high pulse current buffer stage designed for minimal driver crossover. The floating channel can be used to drive an N-channel power MOSFET or IGBT in a high-side configuration operating from 10 to 600 volts.
