IR21064 SOIC-14 SMD Mosfet Driver IC
IR2106(4)(S), high voltage, with independent high and low side referenced output channels They are high speed powerful MOSFET and IGBT drivers. Proprietary HVIC and latch-immune CMOS technologies provide ruggedized monolithic construction. The logic input is compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL output up to 3.3V logic. The output drivers feature a high pulse current buffer stage designed for minimal driver crossover. The floating channel can be used to drive an N-channel power MOSFET or IGBT in a high-side configuration operating at up to 600 volts.
