IR2112 DIP-14 Mosfet Driver IC

 

IR2112(S) is a powerful high-voltage, high-speed driver with independent high- and low-side referenced output channels. It is a MOSFET and IGBT driver. Proprietary HVIC and latch-immune CMOS technologies provide ruggedized monolithic construction. Logic inputs are compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL outputs up to 3.3 V logic. The output drivers feature a high pulse current buffer stage designed for minimal driver crossover. Propagation delays are matched to simplify use in high-frequency applications. The floating channel can be used to drive an N-channel power MOSFET or IGBT in a high-side configuration operating at up to 600 volts.
