IR2121 DIP-8 Mosfet Driver IC

IR2121 is a high-speed powerful MOSFET and IGBT driver with overcurrent limiting protection circuit. Latch-insensitive CMOS technology provides ruggedized monolithic structure. Logic inputs are compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL outputs up to 2.5V logic. The output driver features a high pulse current buffer stage designed for minimal crossover conduction. The protection circuit detects overcurrent in the driven power transistor and limits the gate drive voltage.
