UF20B 10.5kW Spot Welder
The UF20B 10.5kW Spot Welder is a supercapacitor-based spot welding machine designed for joining 18650 and similar battery cells with nickel strips. The device stores welding energy in supercapacitors and delivers it as a high-current pulse over a very short duration during the welding process. This design enables fast and repeatable spot welds for applications such as battery pack assembly and nickel strip welding.
