The ASW-A808 500A ON-OFF Battery Disconnect Switch is a heavy-duty power cutoff switch designed to manually connect and disconnect the main power between the battery and the electrical system. Engineered for use in 12V DC systems, it enables control of the main battery connection in vehicles such as cars, boats, and RVs, as well as in other high-current electrical systems.

The switch features a rated current of 500A and an instantaneous current capacity of 5000A. Thanks to this high current-carrying capacity, it is suitable for use in starter systems, main battery lines, and high-power DC applications.
